Dr. Behin

Dr. Babak Behin received his medical degree, magna cum laude, from New York University Medical School. As a student, he was awarded The Presidential Scholar and inducted, as a member, into Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Behin completed his internship in General Surgery and his residency in Otolaryngology (ENT) at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Behin is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and is the Director of the Ear, Nose and Throat department at Hoboken University Medical Center.

He has authored or coauthored peer reviewed publications, abstracts and oral presentations. Dr. Behin  is a member of several medical societies – American Academy of Otolaryngology, New Jersey Medical Society, Hudson County Medical Society and the American Medical Association. He is a board member of the New Jersey Society of Otolaryngology.

In addition to his affiliation with Hoboken University Medical Center, Dr. Behin maintains hospital affiliations with Christ Hospital, Palisades Hospital and Jersey City Medical Center.
